Report malpractices – the electronic channel

In this channel, you can report action that you have observed that contravenes Halton’s Code of Conduct or a suspicion related to that. If you want, you can send the notification completely anonymously. No identifying information will be stored about the notifying person with regard to the computer, browser or IP address used, for example. The notification will only be sent to the member of the management group who is responsible for the company’s Code of Conduct and to their regular deputy.

We ask you kindly to send the notification in English in the first instance, if possible. This is so that the content of the notification does not have to be sent to a third party to be translated. If necessary, you can use your own language.

Please also make sure before sending the notification that you have provided sufficiently detailed information about the discrepancy that you noticed, to make dealing with the issue easier.

Tässä kanavassa voit raportoida havaitsemastasi Haltonin toimintaohjeiston vastaisesta toiminnasta tai siihen liittyvästä epäilystä. Voit halutessasi lähettää ilmoituksen täysin anonyymisti. Ilmoittajasta ei tallenneta minkäänlaisia tunnistetietoja esimerkiksi käytetyn tietokoneen, selaimen tai IP-osoitteen osalta. Ilmoitus lähetetään vain yhtiön toimintaohjeistosta vastaavalle konsernin johtoryhmän jäsenelle, sekä hänen vakituiselle varahenkilölleen.
